Acumen partnered with McDermott International and developed, designed and implemented key interior elements on two executive floors in order to infuse their internal communications messages, their history and future goals and their mission, vision and values into their physical office space.

The project included proprietary brand communication, spatial experiences in public zones and extending the messaging throughout the workspace areas. The project resulted in a significant raise in employee morale, reinvigorated their retention and recruitment of top talent and enhanced the communication of their unique offerings to their current and potential clients.
